Ok, after years of searching for a magic bullet, I may have found something that works for me. It is cinnamon. I can’t even believe it. I have lost nearly 10 pounds in 3 weeks taking this stuff. At, first, the weight loss was slow. But to be honest, I was drinking too much alcohol and was retaining water weight. The most amazing thing is I am not hungry.
I am eating about 2000 calories a day and still losing 2-3 pounds a week. The math does not match the deficit and weight I have lost. The cinnamon must be stabilizing my blood sugar and increasing my metabolism.
