Keto and well I stopped.  

The first 24-28 hours were miserable.  I gave up and returned to my regular lower carbohydrate diet.  Christmas is a tough time to diet, and I think Keto is just not for me.  I was hungry and wanted to eat everything in sight.  My hunger has returned to normal after 48 hours, but I an unable to continue due to fatigue.  I did have a few headaches and fatigue, and it was too much for me.  

I have tried three recipes that I really like and can’t wait to share.  Low carb or keto chili, jalapeno burgers,  and keto pimento meatloaf.  I am certain there will be more to come soon.  

Monday, I will post a weight update and we will see where I stand.  Hopefully, we will see improvement.
