A new start, once again.

I took the weekend off and now it is time to start again.    

Update:

  • Weight:  226 pounds with4 pounds gained.  Goal: 214 pounds.  
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

Now, as i said on Friday, my goal shifts back to 214 and avoiding the tape. I am tired of this demeaning process.
