I continue to be a keto believer.
Report:
- Weight: 238 pounds – Lost 2 pounds
- Body Fat: 24% – No change
- Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates. No alcohol.
- Exercise: Exercising every day.
The bottom line: 2 pounds lost this week. It is a good start.
