Frown, Intermittent fasting time.

Frowny Face

I started a diet full of hope and gusto but are now picking up the pieces. Like many of you, I feel like you failed. I didn’t fail. The diet failed me. Most of the reason I failed was the stress of COVID.

I could have been too restrictive, and the food might have been too low in calories. I need to return toa good mix of calories and add joy to my dietary choices.

But here’s the truth: Most diets don’t work in the long term because they’re not designed to last. I think intermittent fasting will work, but I need to avoid sweets. I am eating way too many sweets and I drink way too much alcohol. Both are empty calories and they are terrible for me.

The bottom line: 1 June I will start eating healthier and restart the intermittent fasting without sweets and alcohol.
