I start again.  

I took three weeks off after the last PT test.  I weight 228 and have gained about 14 pounds in the last three weeks.  I feel horrible, and it is time again to make a change.  I know a lot of that is water weight, but it needs to go now.  

I will see you again in 2 weeks.  Hopefully, we will see improvement.
