A new start.

2 pounds is good weigh loss progress.


  • Weight: 238 pounds
  • Body Fat: 22%
  • Diet: Fewer carbohydrates but still too many simple sugars. Minimal alcohol.
  • Exercise: Need to add the bike and walking.

The bottom line: 2 pounds down is better than none.
