Intermittent fasting: No change this week.
I am still happy with my success, and no change is better than a gain.
Update:
- Weight: 231 pounds – lost 6 pounds since 24 February (237).
- Body fat: 21%. Down 5 %
- Waist: 39.5 inches. Down 1.5 inch.
- Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 11 pounds to go.
- Exercise – 3 days a week – maybe next week.
- Diet: I am having a shake for lunch and a sensible dinner. I am trying to have fruit as a dessert. Too much alcohol this week.
