Progress Report: 30 October 2020


Starting to get in a groove.

Today I weigh 229 pounds and I am starting to gain a little confidence.


  • Weight: 229pounds
  • Body Fat: 20%
  • Diet: Still need to cut back on alcohol and sweets a little more, but I am doing better.
  • Exercise: I have started using my bike and walking every day.

The bottom line: This week, my focus is on logging my exercise and diet more.
