One week off.
I am taking this week off. I have splurged a little.
- Weight:
- Started last Monday at 221
- Ended at 223.0
- up 2 pounds but four since the PT test but that was on a different scale.
- Exercise:
- 1 day.
- Diet:
- I followed my plan for 0 of 7 days. I ate out a little bit too much.
- Zero Alcohol and that was tough with College Football.
The bottom line: One more weekend I will back to the grind.
