One week off.

I am taking this week off. I have splurged a little.

  • Weight:
    • Started last Monday at 221
    • Ended at 223.0
    • up 2 pounds but four since the PT test but that was on a different scale.
  • Exercise:
    • 1 day.
  • Diet:
    • I followed my plan for 0 of 7 days. I ate out a little bit too much.
    • Zero Alcohol and that was tough with College Football.

The bottom line: One more weekend I will back to the grind.
