A step forward and two to go.
I continue to make progress toward my final goal. I have two pounds to go until I will make weight and two weeks to meet that goal. My PT test is one week away and I weigh in on the following week.
Update:
- Weight: 222 pounds with 2 pounds to go. I lost 2 pounds this week.
- Body Fat: 0% body fat loss.
I will post an update on Monday. Hopefully, I can maintain it for the weekend.
