A new start after a return to an old problem.
2023 is well behind us. It was a tough year for me, with multiple injuries and a return to my sedentary lifestyle. It began when I retired from the US Army. Now, I have made a change and returned to a more healthy lifestyle.
- Weight: 270 – Down 10 pounds.
- Exercise: Walked 3 of 5 days.
- Alcohol: Too much, but I am cutting back.
- Calories: About 1500-1800 day.
The bottom line: 10 pounds in 2 weeks is pretty good.
