I still a keto believer.
Report:
- Weight: 237 pounds – Lost 3 pounds
- Body Fat: 23.5% – 0.5% lost
- Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates. No alcohol.
- Exercise: Exercising every day.
The bottom line: 1 pound lost this week. I am still making progress.
