Progress Report: 5 August 2022


KETO oops.

I still a keto believer.


  • Weight: 237 pounds – Lost 3 pounds
  • Body Fat: 23.5% – 0.5% lost
  • Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates. No alcohol.
  • Exercise: Exercising every day.

The bottom line: 1 pound lost this week. I am still making progress.
