Progress report: 5 February 2021

Slight improvement and on track.  

I weigh in about a week and I must make weight.  I need to lose 2 pounds.  


  • Weight:  221 down 2 pounds from last week and 13 pounds since early December.  
  • Exercise: I continue to ride the bike every day.  
  • Meals: Doing better but I need to lower my carbs and eat more fiber.   

The bottom line: Progress is progress.
