Slight improvement and on track.
I weigh in about a week and I must make weight. I need to lose 2 pounds.
Progress:
- Weight: 221 down 2 pounds from last week and 13 pounds since early December.
- Exercise: I continue to ride the bike every day.
- Meals: Doing better but I need to lower my carbs and eat more fiber.
The bottom line: Progress is progress.
