A new start after a return to an old problem, again.

2023 is well behind us. To be honest, 2024 has nut been much better.  It was a tough 2 years for me, with multiple injuries and a return to my sedentary lifestyle. It began when I retired from the US Army. Now, I have found a need to change and returned to a more healthy lifestyle.  

  • Weight: 280.   Back up 10 pounds. 
  • Exercise: None the last 2 weeks.
  • Alcohol: Too much, but I am cutting back.  
  • Calories: About 2500-4000 day. 

The bottom line: Time to make a change.
