A good try but I was sacked.

I have tried but the stress of work and the holidays has led to a lack of success. My shoulder is injured and I just do not feel like exercising in the colder temperatures. Excuses, excuses, excuses.

My new goal is to lose over 20 lbs in 4.5 months. Today, I weigh 228. I am up 1 pound in a week.

The bottom line: The good news is that I am only at 6 weeks off the wagon. Time to get started, but then again, I have been saying that for 6 weeks. Wish me luck.
