Intermittent fasting failed.
I am not ready to start a new diet. Work is too stressful. I will start after my leave at the end of February. I will continue to post updates.
Update:
- Weight: 236 pounds – gained 0 pounds in a weekend.
- Body fat: 29%, down by 1 percent in 6 weeks. Down 0.5 in a week of fasting. No change over the weekend.
- Waist: 41 inches. Down 0.5 in a week.
The bottom line: Intermittent fasting is tough and you need to be able to focus with out distractions. Now is not the right time.
