Thirteen days and counting.
I have had a fantastic week with three days of exercise and I have followed my eating plan for the most part. My progress continues to meet the 220 goal by next week. Two pounds to go!
Update and Plan for the next week:
- Exercise: I did 3 times a week with 63K steps for the week. I did to 8.3K today.
- Nutrition: 1500 – 2200 calories a day with 42% protein and 28 grams of fiber.
- Weight: I weigh 222 today.
