Start of Week 2 of my business trip.
I am starting week two down 1% body fat. I have been working out and eating right.
Update:
- Weight: 234 pounds – down 3 pounds since 24 February (237).
- Body fat: 25.5%. Down 1.5 %
- Waist: 40 inches. Down 1 inch.
- Short term goal: 220 pounds so I have 14 pounds to go.
- Exercise – 3 days a week on a bike and walking
- Diet: Just eat sensibly.
The bottom line: The next update is Friday. I can’t believe my success.
