Starting is half the battle.

I took two seeks off my battle and I have started anew.  My diet has not been perfect, but then again perfection is the enemy of success.  

Update:

  • Weight:  227 pounds with 2 pounds lost since Monday.  Goal: 214 pounds.  
  • Body Fat:  0% body fat loss.

Wish me diligence in maintaining progress.
