I am definitely a keto believer and it is only getting better. I am near my short term goal weight of 220 lbs.
- Weight: 221 pounds – Lost 21 pounds
- Body Fat: 18.2% – lost 3%
- Diet: I am very successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates or less and limited alcohol. I might have a drink this weekend.
- Exercise: Exercising 3-7 days a week.
The bottom line: 4 pounds lost this week. Keep it going!
