I am definitely a keto believer now.
Report:
- Weight: 226 pounds – Lost 15 pounds
- Body Fat: 19% – lost 2%
- Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates or less and limited alcohol.
- Exercise: Exercising every day. I am back to walking every morning.
The bottom line: 3 pounds lost this week.
