KETO Time.

I am definitely a keto believer now.


  • Weight: 226 pounds – Lost 15 pounds
  • Body Fat: 19% – lost 2%
  • Diet: I am fairly successful at maintaining 20 grams of carbohydrates or less and limited alcohol.
  • Exercise: Exercising every day. I am back to walking every morning.

The bottom line: 3 pounds lost this week.
