Progress Report: Post Vacation

I am now in Day 3 post vacation.  I was a little discouraged when I stepped on the scale and saw the numbers pop up on the screen.  The damn scale said 215 after 1 week of leave.  It just did not make sense.  I could not see how I could have gained nearly 6 pounds after 1 week.  I reduced my exercise and did over eat.  Heck I had 1-2 pieces of cake every days for 3 days.  I sat down and used my math skills to figure how this could happen.  The problem is that there was no way I could gain 5-6 pounds.  If you figure 3500 calories a pounds and  17,000-22,000 excess calories would be required for that weight gain.  That doe into include my daily requirement.  I burn 1700-1900 calories a day so that adds 14,000 more calories.  The weight gain did not make sense.  

It looks like I did not gain as much weight as I though I did.  I guess the weight was water weight.  I did have a lot of salt.  

My weight was 210.8 which is about 1.8 pounds of weight gain.  We will continue exercising through the PT test and maybe increase my diet to stop weight loss.  I want to be at 200-210 pounds.
