Deviation from the past is the key to successful weight loss and is absolutely essential to lose weight and keep it off. If you continue to do what you were doing, you will fail to lose weight or quickly gain it back. You quite simply must change.

The bottom line: Change and deviation are essential to successful weight loss. Deviate from the past and make progress toward your weight loss goals.
