  1. 1 frozen navel orange
  2. 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  3. 1 cup of Fairlife skim milk
  4. 1 tsp xylitol
  5. 1 scoop of Vanilla Anytime Protein
  6. 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  7. 1 cup of ice
