  1. 1 small Apple
  2. 1 small banana
  3. 1.5 ounce of spinach
  4. 1 scoop of Fiber DX - Barndad nutrition
  5. 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
  6. 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
