Apple Banana Cinnamon Smoothie
I call this my ABC smoothie because like the alphabet, this smoothie is how you should start you day. This smoothie recipe has three servings of fruits and vegetables. It is packed with 11 grams of fiber per serving. You will love it.
Ingredients:
1 small Apple
1 small banana
1.50 oz spinach Fresh
1 scoop of Fiber DX - Barndad nutrition
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
½ tbsp cinnamon
1 cup Ice
