Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
A delicious smoothie that will have you thinking of Mom’s baked apples and cinnamon.
A delicious apple and cinnamon smoothie. Each serving has over 8 grams of fiber. Cook time is blender time.
Ingredients:
1 Large Applewith skin
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 cup Fat Free Ultra Filtered Milk Fairlife
1 tsp Honey
½ cup Organic Plain Organic Kefir Lifeway Foods
2 tsp Fiber Fitness, Unflavored Optimum Nutrition
1 cup Ice
Directions:
