Ingredients
  1. 1 Apple Large, with Skin
  2. 1 tsp Cinnamon
  3. 1 cup Fat Free Ultra Filtered Milk Fairlife
  4. 1 tsp Honey
  5. 1/2 cup Organic Plain Organic Kefir Lifeway Foods
  6. 2 teaspoon Fiber Fitness, Unflavored Optimum Nutrition
  7. 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
