Apple Cucumber Ginger Lemon Smoothie

Ginger is a great antioxidant to fight inflammation.  The addition of the apple, cucumber, spinach, and flax helps adds to create a healthy, nutritious, and unique flavor you will love.

This recipe is a nice ginger apple smoothie that has a well rounded flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients
  1. 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  2. 2 mini or one small cucumbers - chopped
  3. 1 ounce of baby spinach
  4. 1/2 lemon juiced
  5. 1 tsp lemon zest
  6. 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  7. 1 cup skim milk - I used Fairlife ultra filtered.
  8. 3-4 ice cubes
Add ingredients to shopping list

  1. Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
