Ingredients
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 2 mini or one small cucumbers - chopped
- 1 ounce of baby spinach
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 cup skim milk - I used Fairlife ultra filtered.
- 3-4 ice cubes
