A delicious, nutritious smoothie that good with any meal or as a snack. It was adapted from the Blueberry Apricot Smoothie from HomeChef.

Ingredients
  1. 10 ounces of frozen blueberries
  2. 1 medium apricot
  3. 1 scoop of Fiber FX
  4. 1 cup of non-fat Fairlife milk
  5. 1 cup of ice
