You’ll feel like you are having a real treat, but this tasty smoothie is made with all fresh and nutritious ingredients. It is nutritious enough for breakfast and delicious enough for desert.

Banana Ginger Kiwi Peach Smoothie

Yields2 Servings

Ingredients:

 ½ ripe banana, frozen The more ripe the better.
 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
 1 kiwi fruit Can be pealed and chopped
 1 peach sliced and frozen
 1 cup Fairlife Fat Free Milk
 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
 2 tsp fitness fiber
 4 ice cubes
 Honey as desired

Directions:

Place all the ingredients with the ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Sweeten with honey as desired.
