This smoothie is a delicious breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 ripe banana, frozen
  2. 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
  3. 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  4. 1 peach sliced and frozen
  5. 1 cup of Fairlife Fat Free Milk
  6. 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
  7. 2 tsp of fitness fiber
  8. a handful of ice cubes
  9. Honey as desired
Add ingredients to shopping list

Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients with the ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
  2. Sweeten with honey as desired.
