This smoothie is filling and nutritious.
- 1/2 ripe banana, frozen
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 peach sliced and frozen
- 1 cup of Fairlife Fat Free Milk
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 2 tsp of fitness fiber
- a handful of ice cubes
- Honey as desired
