Delicious, fiber filled smoothie recipe that will keep you full longer and is high in potassium and calcium.

Beet, Orange, Kefir Smoothie

Ingredients:

 1 cup Kefir
 1 fiber DX
 1.50 oz swiss chard
 4 oz beets
 1 orangePeeled
 0.50 oz ginger
 1 lemonjuiced
 2 tbsp goji berries
 1 cup Ice

Directions:

Add ingredients to blender
