Ingredients
  1. 1 cup Kefir
  2. 1 scoop fiber DX
  3. 1 1/2 oz swiss chard
  4. 4 oz beets
  5. 1 orange - peeled
  6. 1/2 inch ginger
  7. 1 lemon juiced
  8. 2 tbsp goji berries
  9. 1 cup water or ice
