This smoothie recipe is full of vitamin A and fiber and best of all it is exceptionally low in calories.  If you are trying to lose weight, you will love this recipe.   It is delicious and will keep you full all morning long.

Ingredients
  1. 4 ounces of carrots
  2. 2 ounces of cranberries
  3. 1 tbsp of flaxseed
  4. 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  5. 1 medium apple
  6. 1.5 ounces of collard greens or spinach
  7. 1 cup of water
  8. 1 cup of ice
Add ingredients to shopping list
