Chocolate Pecan Smoothie
A delicious smoothie that will remind you of chocolate pecan pie. Pecans are high in fiber and antioxidants. The addition of pumpkin and banana make this an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.
- 5 ounces of pumpkin puree
- 1 medium banana
- 3 tbsp of pecans
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 cup of Fairlife non-fat milk
- 1 cup of ice
- Place in blender and blend until smooth.
- Each serving has over 5 grams of fiber.
