This recipe has the fiber from pumpkin and chia seeds and the protein and probiotics of kefir.

A delicious mixture of pear, banana,kefir, pumpkin and chia seeds.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of nonfat kefir
  2. 1 pear
  3. 1 banana
  4. 1 tbsp cacao powder
  5. 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  6. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  7. 1 cup of ice
