I know you have craved a cinnamon bun.  You walk into the mall and the smell hits your nose and it is nearly an instant craving.  This smoothie recipe might help fill that void.  The only difference is this is a heck of a lot more healthy.  This smoothie recipe can be a guilt-free addition to just about any weight loss or maintenance plan.  This truly is a cinnamon roll you can sip through a straw.

Ingredients
  1. 1 medium Banana
  2. 1 medium Apple
  3. 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  4. 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
  5. 1 tbsp cashew butter
  6. 2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1 cup of water
  8. 1 cup of ice
Add ingredients to shopping list

  1. Place in blender and blend until smooth.
