Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

This recipe is an easy recipe to make.  You can make it the night before and store it in the refrigerator overnight.  Add the frozen items and blend in the AM.  Adding the milk to the oats will soften them overnight.

  1. 1/4 cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats
  2. 1 cup of HEB Greek Plain Yogurt - 0% Fat
  3. 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  4. 1 cup Mootopia 2% Reduced Fat Vanilla
  5. 1 medium Banana frozen (7" to 7-7/8" long)
  6. 2 tsp ground Cinnamon ground
  7. 4 tsp Fitness Fiber
  8. 6 - 8 ice cubes

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.
  2. Blend until smooth!
  3. Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  1. This recipe is a delicious and filling recipe that will last all day. It can also be a great dessert. It has 15 grams of fiber.
