Ingredients
  1. 1 1/2 oz baby spinach
  2. 1 banana - peeled
  3. 1 apple - chopped
  4. 2 tbsp chocolate powder
  5. 1/4 cup walnuts or pecans
  6. 1 cup fairlife fat free milk
  7. 1 cup ice
