Persimmons are grown all over the world. They have a sweet, almost honey-like flavor. These treats are full of vitamin C. The coconut adds a sweet, creamy flavor, and the fiber will keep you full. It has a mix of green and tropical sweetness. It is kind of like a green pina colada.

Green Pineapple Persimmon Smoothie

Ingredients:

 4 oz Bulgarian Yogurt or Kefir
 2 oz baby spinach
 1 cup non-fat Fairlife milk
 2 tbsp Fitness Fiber
 4 oz frozen pineapple
 2 tbsp coconut flakes
 8 ice cubes

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
