Green Persimmon Pineapple Smoothie
A delicious and nutritious recipe that is high in fiber, protein, probiotics, and vitamin C.
- 4 ounces of Bulgarian Yogurt or Kefir
- 1.5 ounces of baby spinach
- 1 cup of non-fat Fairlife milk
- 2 tbsp of Fitness Fiber
- 4 ounces of frozen pineapple
- 2 tbsp of coconut flakes
- 1 cup of ice
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Each serving has over 9 grams fiber.
