  1. 4 ounces of Bulgarian Yogurt or Kefir
  2. 1.5 ounces of baby spinach
  3. 1 cup of non-fat Fairlife milk
  4. 2 tbsp of Fitness Fiber
  5. 4 ounces of frozen pineapple
  6. 2 tbsp of coconut flakes
  7. 1 cup of ice
