Recipe: Healthy Ranch Dip

I know ranch dip does not exactly scream Christmas, but I want to make something that I could dip Buffalo Strips in during the football games so here you go.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  2. 1/2 cup low fat buttermilk, shaken well
  3. 4 tbsp light sour cream
  4. 3 tbsp parsley, chopped
  5. 2 tbsp chives, chopped (Garnish)
  6. 1 garlic clove, minced
  7. 3 tsp lemon juice
  8. 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  11. 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  12. 1/4 tsp pepper
  13. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  14. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together all of the ingredients: Greek yogurt, garlic, onion, dill, salt, Worcestershire, and cayenne.
  2. Garnish with fresh chives and serve.
Notes
  1. This Healthier version of Ranch Dip has a base of greek yogurt so it is thick and creamy. It can be added to a sandwich, used as a dip for vegetables, or used with chicken strips. The best part is it is higher in protein and better for you. Stay skinny and enjoy.
