Recipe: Healthy Vanilla Ice-Milkshake

This recipe is a healthier version of a simple ice-milkshake you can make in your blender at home.  You taste buds and waistline will both love it.

Ingredients:

 2 cups Fairlife Milk Skim, Cold
 1 tsp Adams Double Strength Vanilla
 6 Ice Cubes
 2 tsp Fitness Fiber (optional)

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a blender. I used my Ninja.

Serve is a glass - glass will hold the temperature better.

Notes:
  1. This recipe has less than 200 calories per serving and it is high in protein.  It is more of an ice milk, but you will love it.  
  2. If you want to take a trip on the wild side, add some fresh fruit.
