Ingredients
  1. 1 cup ice cubes
  2. 1 scoop of Fiber DX from Barndad Nutrition
  3. 1 apple
  4. 1 bottle Ginger Shots Lemon Ginger
  5. 1/8 tsp turmeric
  6. 1 tsp Honey (optional)
  7. 1 cup of ice
  8. 1 cup of water
Add ingredients to shopping list
