Lemon Ginger Smoothie
You will love the sweet and sour taste of this smoothie. It is a great way to start the morning and keep you full all morning.
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop of Fiber DX from Barndad Nutrition
- 1 apple
- 1 bottle Ginger Shots Lemon Ginger
- 1/8 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp Honey (optional)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup of water
- Add all ingredients blend until smooth.
- Cook time is actually blender time. Each serving has 8.6 grams of fiber.
