recipe-cardrecipe-card

A smooth and filly snack that packs island flavor.

I love Piña Coladas or Pina Coladas if you do not have the special characters on your keyboard.  This is an awesome drink that I think you will love.  You will need a Ninja Blender and xylitol, pineapple extract, and coconut extract.

Notes:
  1. This recipe has less than 100 calories per serving. I often add a little fiber or protein mix to give it an extra kick.  It is a great snack or a light desert.
  2. This recipe has 1-2 tsp of xylitol. It will have 90-100 calories based on the xylitol content. I used Olive Nation extracts.

 8 oz Fairlife Fat-Free Milk

 12 tsp Pineapple extract
 1 cup Ice
