Recipe: Low Calorie Piña Colada Smoothie


I love Piña Coladas or Pina Coladas if you do not have the special characters on your keyboard.  This is an awesome drink that I think you will love.  You will need a Ninja Blender and xylitol, pineapple extract, and coconut extract.

Low-Calorie Pina Colada Smoothie

This is a simple low calorie pina colada recipe that will surprise you with how much flavor it packs.

  1. 8 oz Fairlife Fat-Free Milk
  2. 1-2 tsp Nature's Sweet Life Xylitol
  3. 1-2 tsp Coconut extract
  4. 1-2 tsp Pineapple extract
Add ingredients to shopping list

  1. Put ingredients in the Ninja.
  2. Blend until it has the desired consistency.
  3. Alcohol is optional.
  1. This recipe has 1-2 tsp of xylitol. It will have 90-100 calories based on the xylitol content. I used Olive Nation extracts.
