A delicious and filling breakfast smoothie.
- 1 Navel Orange
- 1 ounce of honey
- 8 ounces of frozen mangos
- 1 cup of Fairlife Skim Milk
- 2 scoops of protein - unflavored or vanilla
- 1 tsp of orange zest
- 2 teaspoons of fitness fiber
